Been here a few times, and the service and food have always been consistently great. I really need to order less at lunchtime... but it's just so good! The sushi is always fresh and top-notch. We watched the burgers and other items go to other tables and second guessed our order... but you really can't go wrong here.

Cate seafood station... more like great seafood station ordered the fried green tomatoes and the breading was perfect! Followed by a yummy refreshing cucumber salad. We all ordered the sushi lunch specials which is a great deal. Along with that we also got couple specialty rolls, which were all fully loaded. Too full to continue we did order some Oreo cheesecake for to-go. The food is good but our service was phenomenal. Never once did we have an empty drink, and our food was perfectly timed. Asia was very knowledgeable of the menu and made our experience here 10/10

I was just there! My first time! I ordered fries as an appetizer and for lunch I decided on the Cate Street Salad. It was served surprisingly fast in large bowl with 2 small containers of dressing. I chose Caesar. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the lump crab was plentiful in the center of the mixed greens. Cucumber, grape tomato and a crouton mix finished it off. Angela was our server and she was attentive and kind.

We LOVE cate street!! We tried the coco loco roll and the NO saints roll and both were SO GOOD!! Our favorite sushi place in the area, and the service is always great but tonight even though it was super busy and chaotic Madison was amazing! She was fast, helpful with recommendations, and just had a great overall attitude and vibe! Hoping to get her next time we dine in!

Quick and friendly service! The menu is extensive with a wide variety of seafood, steaks, sushi and more! I had the top sirloin with rice and gravy and garlic fried potatoes

Went to college in Hammond and I can never visit without coming here! Hands down my favorite place for lunch, dinner, sushi, drinks and it’s only improved over the years! Love love love the sushi pizza and was SO HAPPY they still offer it!! Honestly haven’t had a bad dish from here.

If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! The other day was my best friend's birthday. She & her significant other were having a late lunch at Cate Street Seafood Station, as that is one of her favorite spots. I live in Orlando, FL and couldn't be there. I called the restaurant and Silas answered. I told him I wanted to surprise my friend and send her a special dessert for her big day. He instantly seemed excited to help and was so kind. I described my friend to him and he said, I will look for her. He took my number so he could call me back for credit card info, once she chose her birthday dessert. He found her quick. Suddenly, I received a text from my friend who was so tickled. Once he served her dessert "Happy Endings," (he also included a candle), he then called me back and we took care of business. I wanted to add gratuity for his sweet hospitality, but he refused. I was speechless. He took no credit or reward. Quintessential hospitality! My friend called me later and said that made her day. Thank you, Silas, for helping create such a joyful moment for my beautiful friend. I hope I'll get there one day to meet you.

I was a little skeptical to get sushi not at a sushi restaurant. But I mean this was so fresh! I got my food to go. Staff were welcoming and wonderful. Food was great. Awesome first time experience. I’ll definitely be returning.
